GROUP ZOOM ANAT BANIEL METHOD® CLASSES

The Anat Baniel Method® is a gentle approach based on the brain’s ability to learn through movement. ABM’s movement sequences and variations allow the brain to connect with all the different parts of the body—and the relationships between them—which in turn generate new neural pathways. These new neural pathways can diminish chronic pain while enhancing strength, flexibility, coordination and cognitive performance.

These classes will explore the many ways your spine can support and nourish your well-being through arching, folding, side bending and twisting. You don’t need any equipment except a mat or blanket on the floor and a brain willing to change. There will be a 10 student maximum per class, to ensure that everyone gets plenty of attention.
